In viaggio in Sicilia per qualche giorno, è quasi per caso che i fondatori hanno scoperto un frantoio in rovina, ai piedi della sublime Noto, che domina un incantevole vallone estremamente preservato. Subito si innamorano, decidono di stabilirsi e insieme creano Fattoria Gallo.
Un sogno del Mediterraneo. Tutto è da ricreare, e decidono di far rinascere l'uliveto e il limonetto, ma anche creano un agrumeto da collezione. Tra ulivi secolari, carrubi e mandorli, presenti sul sito, alcuni dei quali trapiantati per consentire il rinnovamento dell'azienda, piantano più di duemila alberi. Una coltivazione sostenibile senza alcun pesticida, nel rispetto dell'ambiente e dell'amore per il prodotto.
Per loro l'atemporalità, l'autenticità e l'esclusività, lontano dalla produzione di massa, sono le basi della qualità dei prodotti che hanno deciso di produrre.

Venus en Sicile pour quelques jours, c’est presque par hasard que les fondateurs découvrent un moulin à huile en ruine, aux pieds de la sublime Noto, surplombant un ravissant vallon extrêmement préservé.
Ils tombent immédiatement sous le charme, décident de s’y installer et créent, ensemble, Fattoria Gallo.
Un rêve de Méditerranée. Tout est à recréer, et ils décident de faire renaître l’oliveraie, la citronneraie, mais aussi une agrumeraie de collection. Au milieu des oliviers centenaires, des caroubiers et des amandiers, présents sur le site, dont certains sont transplantés pour permettre le renouveau de l’exploitation, ils plantent plus de deux mille arbres. Une culture durable sans aucun pesticide, dans le respect de l’environnement et l’amour du produit.
Pour eux l’intemporalité, l’authenticité et l’exclusivité, loin de la production de masse, sont les bases de la qualité des produits qu’ils ont décidé de produire.

Visiting Sicily for a few days, it is almost by chance that the founders discovered a ruined oil mill, at the foot of the sublime Noto, overlooking a delightful valley extremely preserved. They immediately fell in love and decided to settle there and create, together, Fattoria Gallo.
A dream of the Mediterranean. Everything was to be recreated, and they decided to revive the olive and the lemon groves, but also created a citrus collection. Among the hundred-year-old olive trees, carob and almond trees, already on the site, some of which were transplanted to allow the renewal of the farm, they planted more than two thousand trees. A sustainable culture without any pesticide, in the respect of the environment and the love of the product.
For them timelessness, authenticity and exclusivity, far away from mass production, are the basis of the quality of the products they have decided to produce.
